Works assistant technicians

• Hold a BTS in Civil Engineering or any other equivalent diploma
• Have a sense of organization; ethics and honesty; punctuality and attendance;
• Have good written and oral communication, and good interpersonal skills;
• Good negotiation skills and persuasion;

Your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the acquisition and follow-up of new partners
• Carry out market research and interpret the results
• Contact and meet prospects and customers
• Check, monitor and maintain equipment regularly
• Diagnose any equipment malfunctions
• Organize and schedule maintenance activities and operations
• Perform site visits and prepare related reports
• Intervene in the event of a breakdown and/or coordinate the teams
• Propose solutions to optimize the safety and performance of equipment
• Carry out all the tasks ordered by the principal and write the intervention report
• Comply with safety rules and take ownership
• Teamwork including remotely
• After-sales service: customer follow-up and technical assistance.
• Contribute to the loyalty of the customer portfolio
• Participate in weekly meetings of general coordination activities
• Produce daily activity reports
