ASSIGNMENT:
Ensure the follow-up of customs clearance orders with EOLIS, the documentation of import files and customs orders in compliance with the guidelines of the hierarchy, standards and procedures in force.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Monitoring and updating import orders
- Interface between EOLIS and PHP for collection orders
- Guarantor of conformity between the goods received and the related documentation
- Follow-up of MAB files
- Compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety measures, standards and environmental requirements
PROFILE
- Be at least 18 years old
- Level of studies: minimum Bac+2/3 in transport-logistics-transit
- Minimum 03 years of experience
- Experience in a business
- Perfect mastery of the office pack (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.) and software such as SAGAIE, SIPA, QLIK, etc.
- Good practice of English and French
