Assignment: 

Assignments

Ensure the proper execution of the routing of materials imported and exported by Transit agencies from the supplier exit to the arrival at the Subsidiary’s store in order to improve the performance of the Transit process.

Activities

Transit

• Verify the accuracy of the content of the import files and carry out all the necessary interventions to complete them if necessary
• Create export files, process files and document them in SAP:
  • Analyze transit documents for approval, rejection or correction request
  • Assign folders in SAP
  • Save to Transit database
  • Edit draft transit orders for signature
• Follow the evolution of customs operations in relation with the freight forwarder
• Inquire about deliveries from local and foreign freight forwarders
• Archive the final physical import files

› International Transit regulations and procedures

› International transport standards (Incoterms, customs, insurance, payment methods)

› Laws and decrees in force, local and international legal and legal environment

› General Tax Code, Customs Taxation and Insurance

› Transit Administrative Tools and Procedures, Document Archiving Plan

› Upstream oil trades and equipment

• Expertise

› Set up and check an import/export file for goods

› Process an import/export file in SAP

› Control the proper execution of the import/export formalities of materials carried out by the service providers

› Archive the files according to the Transit document archiving plan

› Use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SAP independently

Profile

• Diploma or Level of studies: Bac + 2 / 3 in Logistics and Transport
• Professional experience: 2 to 3 years in Transit activities

Level of studies: BTS/DUT/BAC+2

Specialization: Logistics

Level of experience: First experience (from 1 to 3 years)
