Under the supervision of the Commercial Manager, the Commercial will:
ASSIGNMENTS
Ø Prospect in the markets;
Ø Take orders from customers;
Ø Deliver products to customers;
Ø Collect money from customers.
Ø Write activity reports
ACTIVITIES
Ø Ensure the numerical and weighted distribution of all the products in the portfolio;
Ø Ensure optimal coverage of the various distribution routes;
Ø Observe the scrupulous respect of sales procedures;
Ø Carry out competitive intelligence
Ø Ensure the activation of sales vectors (quality, availability, visibility, price, promotion, persuasion);
Ø Attend preparatory meetings for field actions;
Ø Ensure the presence of products at all customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Ø Academic level : Bac + 2 in Marketing, commerce and sales or any other equivalent diploma;
Ø Professional experience : 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Ø Driving license : A or B would be an asset
Ø Being bilingual is an asset
Ø Ease in the use of office tools, ERP
Ø Strong persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
Ø Team spirit and sense of initiative; Open and creative mind
Ø Good knowledge of the markets of the city of Yaoundé
Ø Have a good wholesale and semi-wholesale customer portfolio
