Within the Project Development, Operation and Services (BL MENS) Business Line, we contribute to developing and strengthening transport routes as vital connections between people and territories. Some examples of projects? A63 motorway (France), M25 and M40 (UK), Dublin tunnel (Ireland), WestConnex M4 and M5 (Australia), Golfo Centro (Mexico), RN1 in Congo-Brazzaville; GoSafe (Ireland); on-street parking in Amsterdam and Paris; ZFE Manchester; road user services. We are looking for a Toll Manager to oversee toll services in Cameroon. Join us !
Description of the mission
1. Management
- Oversee toll services
- Optimize and approve the toll organization in terms of methods, procedures, working conditions and toll systems
- Manage and support the development of toll teams;
- Develop and manage the toll budget
2. Operation
- Write all toll documents and procedures
- Ensure security at the toll station
- Monitor the fund collection and transfer process
- Manage relations with different authorities: emergency, police, etc. Ensure proper coordination of scheduled maintenance activities in conjunction with operational activities
3. Control
- Check toll data and associated receipts
- Monitor toll performance indicators, activity audit
4. Reporting
- Control and validate the various reports
Profile
- Higher level of education ideally management, economics or commerce
- Significant experience in a management position and in the field of tolls
- Desired skill in money management
- Organization and rigor
- ethical sense
- Ease in the use of computer tools and excellent command of common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
