Assignment :
Tasks
- Processes technical inquiries regarding company records and provides various information to project(s) stakeholders;
- Ensures the administrative and financial follow-up of the various files.
Main activities
- Provide physical and telephone reception;
- Record incoming and outgoing mail and documents and dispatch them;
- Write and type letters and documents;
- Attend meetings and produce minutes;
- Carry out 1st level accounting operations ;
- Contribute to the administrative management of the company;
- Keep the schedule of construction sites and follow the schedule of procedures related to files;
- Organize meetings and site visits;
- Search for the necessary information in the files;
- Create and maintain records;
- Apply the procedures defined for each type of case (claims or specific);
- Realize the interface with insurance managers, policyholders, wreckers, repairers;
- Classify and archive files.
Profile :
- Bac +2/3 Management Assistant or technical sector;
- Minimum 10 years of experience including 3 in a similar position;
- Know how to design a dashboard;
- Writing skills;
- Time and priority management;
- Mastery of the technical language specific to construction projects;
- Knowledge of tendering procedures;
- Filing and archiving methods;
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements;
- Mastery of the French language;
- Perfect mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and collaborative tools (shared agenda, etc.).
