Assignment :
ACTIVITIES:
- Control the regularity of the tax files of the suppliers;
- Carry out tax and social contribution declarations (data collection, processing, calculation, declarations and payment);
- Produce quarterly and annual reports;
- Organize and update the company’s database;
- Recommend tax strategies in line with company objectives;
- Prepare the necessary documents for the payment and declarations of taxes and social security contributions;
- Collaborate with the financial and accounting departments;
- Be the relay of internal controllers and external expertise and participate in tax audits;
- Develop an information monitoring strategy on the tax laws in force;
- Make available to the general management any information likely to improve tax management;
- Perform any other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy in line with his professional skills.
Profile :
- Hold at least a BAC+3 diploma in tax management or any equivalent diploma;
- Have seven (05) years of experience in the field of taxation. Experience in a tax consulting firm, diplomatic mission or financial institution would be an asset;
- Have a good command of the general tax code;
- Master the drafting of administrative letters;
- To be rigorous; Methodical; have a sense of organization;
- Have a good command of the computer tool, and the main data management and processing software…;
- Knowing how to speak French or English (Being bilingual would be an asset).
