The supply chain assistant will be responsible for:

Manage customer orders

  •  Record and track purchase orders
  •  Launch orders via delivery emails
  •  Ensure the follow-up of the actual delivery
  •  Anticipating the label needs of the country
  •  Manage returns on delivered orders
  •  Analyze the SNP report

Ensure inventory management/movement

  •  Perform a daily maintenance of the Input-Output stock sheet in conjunction with Bolloré
  •  Ensure regular monitoring of the validity and expiry dates of products in stock

Ensure inventory management

  •  Perform monthly physical count of all in-store products
  •  Provide a signed inventory report
  •  Ensure the balance between the theoretical stock and the physical stock
  •  Perform a monthly stock analysis: Comparison of theoretical stock and physical stock
  •  Present discrepancies and their justifications in an analysis report
  •  Perform an analysis of NCM, Aging and stock to be provisioned

Ensure payment of Intragroup/Intercompany suppliers

  •  Prepare related documentation required by the central bank
  •  Proceed to the documentary remittance to the local bank
  •  Ensure the follow-up of the payments in progress and their effective realization
  •  Ensuring the accounting of supplier invoices
  •  Perform the posting of supplier invoices
  •  Scan and send the various invoices on VIM
  •  Check and control the effective accounting of invoices
  •  Proceed to the lettering of supplier accounts
  •  Follow up on supplier accounts
  •  Justify vendor account balances
  •  Submit local bills to be paid
  •  Accounting for withholding taxes on payment

Required profile : 

  • Bac+3/5 training in logistics, management, international trade or any other equivalent diploma; 
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain
  • Mastery of management and procurement tools
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
  • Rigor
  • Sense of organization
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Relationship skills
