The Engineering and Project Management Company, VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies, is looking for a Subsidiary Manager / Country Manager for its Cameroonian subsidiary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of the Sub-Saharan Africa zone, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the activity and more particularly for the application of group procedures and strategy for your African subsidiary. You ensure that the annual objectives defined with your management are achieved. You have overall responsibility for the quality of equipment, personnel and services provided in your geographic area.
As Profit Center Manager:
- You are responsible for the business development of the subsidiary
- You ensure the follow-up of the projects in progress as well as the financial management of your activities,
- You manage local and/or expatriate teams.
PROFILE
- Higher education Bac+5 type engineering or business school or technical framework, you justify a successful field experience of at least 10 years in the fields of electrical engineering, instrumentation and industrial automation acquired imperatively in an energy production environment supplemented by experience in managing a profit center.
- Ready to take up new challenges, you have a strong technical sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills, a spirit of analysis and synthesis, anticipation, negotiation and communication skills. organization, a qualitative commercial sense and a strong reactivity.
- Bilingual English required (working language).
