SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN is recruiting for its Marketing & Communication Department, 0 1 Interim Community Manager
Main missions:
- Implementation of the bank’s Social Media strategy: content, space purchases, innovative animations…
- Daily management of Social Media pages: regular publications following a weekly editorial schedule, creation of quizzes and various animations
- Responses to requests for information and customer or prospect requests sent on all of our pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, & Whatsapp Business)
- Weekly production of competitive intelligence and performance reports for our Social Media platforms in terms of fan acquisition, engagement and number of publications
- Digital coverage of events organized by the bank
Training required:
Bac +3/4 in Digital Marketing (Community Management option), Communication, Journalism, Literature or any other sector related to the position.
Experience required:
Justify an experience of at least 03 years in a similar position in a large structure of the place or a communication agency
Technical skills:
- Perfect command of written and oral expression in French and English
- Good knowledge of social networks and office automation tools (Outlook in particular)
- A first experience in the field of banking and in particular customer service would be an asset
