Assignment :
- Provide physical and telephone reception;
- Maintain the department’s agenda;
- Organize meetings;
- Record incoming and outgoing mail and documents and dispatch them;
- Write and type letters and documents;
- Attend meetings and produce minutes;
- Classify and archive documents;
Profile :
- Bac / Bac +2 with specific training in secretarial work;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good analytical and learning skills;
- Writing skills;
- Time and priority management;
- Filing and archiving methods;
- Mastery of the French language both orally and in writing;
- Perfect mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, …) and collaborative (shared agenda, etc);
- Rigor;
- proactivity;
- Sense of reserve;
- Sense of contact, listening and human relations;
Level of studies: BTS/DUT/BAC+2
Specialization: Assistantship
Level of experience: First experience (from 1 to 3 years)
