SERVADOM is a Cameroonian company providing pioneering services in the professionalization of the sector of domestic workers (nanny, cooks, driver, gardeners, etc.) that it makes available temporarily or permanently to its customers (individuals or companies)
YOUR ROLE :

- Writing emails, letters, reports and minutes and other administrative documents
- Develop schedules & management of managers’ agenda
- Front office reception of prospects, customers, visitors and referral to the relevant departments
- Management and transfer of telephone calls and paper and electronic correspondence.,
- Management of accounting and tax declarations of the company
- Filing and archiving of files
- Preparation of hierarchical trips and organization of internal and external events
- Organization of meetings on current affairs at the request of the hierarchy
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Billing management
- Use of a variety of software (office pack, accounting software) to manage data and produce presentations
- Archiving and updating contact details of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
