- Answer phone calls and write them, if necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and organize meetings and appointments
- Perform administrative and secretarial tasks to optimize the workflow
- Archive and update employee and customer contact information
- Minimum BAC.
- Age: 24 years minimum
- Proven experience as a secretary or an administrative assistant position
- Good knowledge of organization and optimization techniques
- Excellent multitasking and time management ability
- Mastery of MS Office
