  • Answer phone calls and write them, if necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and organize meetings and appointments
  • Perform administrative and secretarial tasks to optimize the workflow
  • Archive and update employee and customer contact information


  • Minimum BAC.
  • Age: 24 years minimum
  • Proven experience as a secretary or an administrative assistant position
  • Good knowledge of organization and optimization techniques
  • Excellent multitasking and time management ability
  • Mastery of MS Office
