The French food multinational DANONE is looking for as part of its activities in Cameroon 01 Sales Supervisor


Your mission within the SALES department will be to:

  •  Build and manage a high performing sales team of 5-7 sales reps
  •  Develop talents by ensuring the recruitment, training and development of the team on a daily basis via duo coaching, the regional committee
  •  Ensure the development and achievement of KPIs
  •  Ensure the reliability of information
  •  Build an action plan for the team and help team building in order to achieve objectives
  •  Provide weekly reporting to management


    •  Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your sales team
    •  Ensure follow-up and communication of results
    •  Coaching: Field visit with Sales Reps followed by daily debriefing
    •  Train the team through training sessions (sales method, sales visits, kpi’s…
    •  Team animation / Team meeting
    •  Manage the performance of team members;
    •  Inform & contribute to good cross-functional communication.
    •  Monitor and analyze the evolution of the KPIs of each salesperson. (Daily Sales Advance, Rejects, Lion, MSL, Average Price, PPED, DN, SOS, SOA, etc.)
  • Control and analysis of previous results at road and point of sale level. Turn analysis into action plans
  •  Lead the action plan to develop KPIs
  •  Organize monthly meetings based on key performance indicators
  •  Ensure a flow of information to the hierarchy and Guarantee the reliability of information from the field
  •  Prepare and animate the regional commercial committee
  •  Prepare monthly report of overall results
  •  Be able to translate data into opportunities for growth and/or improvement
  •  Be able to offer incentive plans related to volume growth, improved turnover or profits


  •  Bac +3/+4 in Sales/Marketing or any other related training;
  •  You have knowledge of sales techniques and communication techniques;
  •  You have relational ease, strength of conviction and tenacity, rigorous, innovative spirit, analytical spirit, team spirit;
  •  You have at least 4 years in a similar function with management of a field team;
  •  Good ability to convince
  •  Resilient, able to remain calm in conflict situations
  •  Good adaptation capacity
  •  Client orientation
  •  Very good analytical mind, able to interpret data and use it to make decisions
  •  Able and willing to learn
  •  Dynamic, proactive
  •  Excellent command of office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  •  Speak fluent French and have a good level in English.
