AURE RH, Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients A Commercial .

Tasks

  •  Contribute to commercial prospecting;
  •  Participate in the sale of services and
  •  Monitor contracts.

Responsibilities

  •  Manage a client portfolio;
  •  Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them a solution adapted to a request or a customer problem;
  •  Promote the range of services for which it is responsible;
  •  Develop the activity with prospects;
  •  Report on its commercial activity;
  •  Provide business intelligence;
  •  Represent the company when needed;
  •  Participate in the development of the company’s brand image;
  •  Participate in the development of new products;

Key skills

Knowledge

  •  Good written and oral communication;
  •  Good command of English and French;
  •  Mastery of social networks;
  •  Telephone prospecting.

Technical know-how

  •  Manage a portfolio of files taking into account objectives, means, constraints and deadlines;
  •  Promote the company’s service offer;
  •  Use telephone sales techniques.

Relational skills

  •  Have a sense of the customer and the service;
  •  Listen and reformulate requests;
  •  understand your interlocutors and take their expectations into account;
  •  Be proactive.
