Air Liquide is looking for the needs of its services 01 Sales & Marketing Manager


The Sales & Marketing Manager will ensure:

  •  Implement the commercial policy validated by the director and which is consistent with the marketing orientations of the RAC.
  •  Implement and coordinate ambitious commercial action plans to guarantee the growth of turnover, the defense and development of market shares.
  •  Ensures the profitability of activities in the various market segments.
  •  Ensure the control of the activity, organize and animate the sales network, measure and reinforce the performance of the sales force.
  •  Guarantee Customer Satisfaction and develop loyalty actions.
  •  Manage the relationship and participate in or lead negotiations for major accounts.
  •  Ensure responsibility for customer overdraft, in coordination with the credit manager for the actions necessary for the effective collection of customer receivables


Level of education :

  • Bac + 3 to 5 or in the commercial / Marketing field
  • Master the French language
  • English would be an asset

Experience :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as Sales/Marketing Manager
  • Experience in team management
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in the industrial sector or within a multinational would be an asset

Technical skills required:

  • Gas Applications and Application Materials
  • Gas implementation equipment 
  • Sales techniques and sales force efficiency 
  • Knowledge of client businesses (process) 
  • Market knowledge: Market analysis and studies 
  • Project management and profitability study 
  • Management/negotiation techniques 
  • Budget development and monitoring 
  • Development of commercial offers
