Position: Sales Manager
Status : Commercial, full-time, CDI – Trial period of three (03) months renewable once. Place of employment: Douala

Placed under the direct authority of the Head of the Douala branch and the general management, he or she contributes to the development of the activity of the provision of services by the LEAUCLEAN Laboratory to companies, individuals, organizations and institutions. As such, he is responsible for:

- Ensure the promotion of the range of services offered by Laboratoire LEAUCLEAN.
- Actively prospect in order to develop the client portfolio;
- Detect calls for tenders thanks to a relevant network of prescribers and informants
- (Companies, design offices, individuals, public actors, NGOs, CTDs);
- Identify and prospect decision-makers (control engineers, design offices, project managers, etc.) for industrial and community projects;
- Ensure the commercial follow-up of customers in the portfolio;
- Transmission of progress reports to his hierarchy:
- Monitoring of the receipt and delivery of the material:
- Management and processing of customer complaints until satisfaction;
- Retain the existing portfolio;
- Design and implementation of commercial actions;
- Preserve the company’s brand image and Contribute to collective performance.
3. Profile sought:
- Hold a Bac+2 minimum or a license in the commercial sectors, a Bac+5 is appreciated;
- Two (02) years minimum in a similar position;
4. Qualifications required:
- Have a perfect mastery of Leauclean’s sector of activity;
- Have a good capacity for analysis, negotiation and persuasiveness;
- Be honest, dedicated, attentive, have a critical mind and good interpersonal skills; Being bilingual would be an asset.
