We are recruiting a Sales Manager.
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for:
- Development of the distribution network and sales
- From the management of sector heads
- Development of the promotional policy and periodic action plans by distribution partner;
- The design and implementation of promotional operations and events organized on and near the points of sale;
- Piloting studies and analyzes related to the market and the product;
- Managing all trade marketing operations;
- Monitoring the progress of actions, their profitability and the optimization of results;
- Competitive intelligence;
- Be between 30-36 years old;
- Bac+3/5 in a business school in Marketing or Sales;
- Have proven experience in the development of the distribution network
- Have a Trade Marketing orientation;
- Have an ability to analyze and synthesize very complex data;
- Have a sense of organization and a spirit of method;
- Be rigorous, organized, and have a strong sense of teamwork;
- Have a solid and practical distribution culture;
- Be endowed with a spirit of creativity, have a force of proposal and persuasion;
- Have good interpersonal skills and an ability to listen that can challenge interlocutors.
