SM (Sur Mesure) is looking for sales hostesses / sales stewards for its store at the Playce shopping center.
ACTIVITIES :
- Participate in the telephone reception, transmit calls and ensure the taking of messages if necessary;
- Control customer flow;
- Manage the queue;
- Ensure the maintenance of his position and his work environment;
- Control the products during checkout;
- Inform about price errors if necessary;
- Respond to customer requests;
- Guide customers to navigate the store;
- To inform the clients ;
- Offer the services and benefits of the brand;
- Take into account customer requests and comments and report information;
- Proceed with cash openings and closings;
- Record purchases;
- Control your cash fund
- Fill out cash receipts
- Record exchanges and reports
- Record orders and deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a good physical presentation so as to enhance the image of the structure;
- Have at least the BAC;
- Good knowledge of social networks;
- Perfectly bilingual ;
