MAIN MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Director, the sales engineer will have the following main tasks:
- Create and/or roll out the commercial strategy;
- Analyze the sales and marketing strategy defined by management and implement an action plan in the areas concerned;
- Animate and lead the sales force;
- Master the commercial discourse and sales materials;
- Train and coordinate commercial attachés;
- Set individual goals and track them;
- Establish a prospecting plan (physical travel, telephone exchanges, mailing, etc.) which should allow you to achieve the objectives that will be set;
- Develop and boost sales of our services in the defined areas;
- Ensure the management of its client portfolio;
- Prospect and convert customers;
- Market technical services in B2B and B2C;
- Develop and promote our services;
- Develop the turnover in the sectors that will be entrusted to you;
- Build customer loyalty by listening and qualitative field monitoring;
- Evaluate, identify the actions to be taken according to each client;
- Ensure the reporting of its activity (daily, weekly or monthly);
- Provide after-sales service;
- Ensure the competitive life;
- Work in accordance with the values of SHRLOMEN to strengthen our brand image;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the administration.
JOB PROFILE
- Minimum level of study: Bac + 5 in marketing, commercial action, commerce, communication or in a similar field .
- Professional experience: minimum (3) in a similar position
