Missions / Responsibilities / Activities

In direct contact with the general management, you will have the following missions:

  • Participate in the development of the commercial policy of the company
  • Animate, organize, coordinate, manage and control the activity and monitoring of the sales force in order to optimize results
  • Increase the company’s turnover
  • Monitor sales operations and propose readjustments in order to optimize turnover
  • Negotiate and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Management and distribution of budgets necessary for the development of the sales force
  • Ensure the function of permanent watch on the evolution of the market and the competition
  • Propose and implement changes in the company’s commercial strategy

Skills / Requirements / Qualities

Required profile

Gender: male or female

Age: 30 – 45 years old

Required qualities:

– Have an acute sense of listening.

– Rigor and organization.

– Be energetic.

– Have a relational and pedagogical sense.

– Demonstrate tenacity and autonomy.

– Good managerial skills

– Be a good negotiator.

– Good decision-making skills
