Call for applications for the position of Sales Administrator in the littoral region (Douala-Békoko)

Conditions to be fulfilled

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing-Commerce-Sales (preferably in a business school)
Justify two (02) years’ experience in a similar position

Assets: Bilingualism and experience in the agri-food sector

Main activities

  • Carry out the administrative processing of orders from receipt to delivery to customers
  • Ensures the interface with the commercial, production and logistics departments as well as with the after-sales administration
  • Establish the order processing schedule and trigger the production order or send it to the department concerned
  • Organize the shipment of orders and inform customers about the availability of products
  • Guarantee the availability of products and the respect of delivery deadlines
  • Coordinate the service’s activity, analyze activity monitoring media and propose areas for development
  • Write weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare delivery invoices
  • Participate in the reconciliation of customer accounts

  • Mastery of written and oral expression techniques
  • Mastery of sales techniques
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/SAGE software, spreadsheet, word processing)
  • Mastery of the internet tool
