Soyabeans Processing Industry of Cameroon (SOPROICAM) is looking for as part of its activities 01 Retail Market Supervisor
Main mission
Reporting to the Commercial Oils Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for:
- Participate in the definition of the commercial policy based on the company’s strategy
- Ensure the achievement of targeted objectives in the retail market
- Ensure the development of markets and customers in the retail market
- Ensure the control of risks related to the activities of this market segment
- Motivate and support the sales team
Knowledge and skills required
- Mastery of basic IT tools (MS OFFICE pack).
- Ability to negotiate and propose changes likely to improve the performance of partners. Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Commercial or marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
- Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated.
- Customer orientation to formulate strategies in the best interest of customers
- Strength of conviction and strong ability to listen.
- Social ease and ability to create a bond with its customers.
- Result oriented.
- Bac+2/3 in Sales Marketing or any other related field.
- English/French bilingualism is an advantage
