Positions based in rural areas
MAIN MISSIONS :
Placed under the supervision of the Head of the interim department, the HR Assistant will be responsible for:
- Lead the reception and integration of new recruits on site,
- Ensure the good physical and mental health of new recruits,
- Ensure the proper administrative administration of personnel (personnel files, employment contracts, health and accident insurance, absences and permissions, etc.),
- Collect, prepare and compare payroll variables/elements and participate in payroll processing in collaboration with the site manager,
- Create partnerships with local administrations (village chief, hospitals)…
- Manage discipline (requests for explanations, investigations, sanctions, etc.) and conflicts,
- Monitor and apply the occupational health and safety policy on its site,
- Collect employees’ grievances and respond to their needs if necessary,
- Collect and monitor on-site recruitment needs,
- Prepare HR reporting elements every day,
- Make a monthly report of its activities and send it to the head of the interim department,
Profile :
- Higher education graduate in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or similar disciplines, with a good command of labor law,
- Have a maximum of three (02) years of experience in the field,
- Having worked in the forestry sector will be an asset,
- Have a strong ability to adapt,
- Have good knowledge of payroll and the use of Ms Office,
- Be organized, discreet, proactive, autonomous and reactive,
