STARK IMMO & SERVICE works in the real estate field, is looking for dynamic people of two (02) sexes at all levels who will work as Commercial Agents and Marketing Communicators.
This is a job that will be full-time and the employment contract is renewable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities consist of:
- Prospect sellers and buyers or buyers of real estate who are potential customers,
- Propose, visit and make visits, present the goods,
- Make all useful advertisements,
- Receive purchase and sale proposals,
- Record the actual contact details of our customers and goods while specifying their concerns,
- Work efficiently and effectively while taking into account the area and the working time that will be entrusted to you,
- Have the art of convincing the customer online and by telephone especially for the communicator.
PROFILE
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good sense of initiative, negotiation and dynamic persuasion,
- Be of good character,
- Be determined and have positive self-sacrifice to achieve the set goal within the deadline,
- Be a resident of the city of Yaoundé,
- Have command of the English language for the communicator.
