HIS MISSIONS:
- Ensure the administrative management of the establishment
- Implement care techniques
- Coordinate the activity of a team
- Develop a customer network through advertising campaigns, commercial action and monitoring of the website and social networks.
- Establish a commercial policy and build customer loyalty
- Ensure the follow-up and the state of stocks as well as the supply
- Manage human resources (recruitment, careers, leave, training)
- Enforce health and safety rules – Manage the budget and accounts
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Have management skills (motivate employees and maintain good cohesion in the group)
- Master the basic techniques of marketing and sales (customer reception, identification of customer needs, presentation and organization of a shop)
- Master the computer tool
- To be patient
- Have a team spirit and listening skills
- To manage stress
- Have a sense of responsibility
