SUCCESS CONSULTS is recruiting for one of its clients based in Douala and specialized in the distribution of medical equipment AN ENGLISH-SPEAKING OR FULLY BILINGUAL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING ASSISTANT to develop its activities.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE POST
– Analyze markets/companies relating to purchasing families, identify and propose areas for improvement,
– Manage the process of development and validation of specifications, the launch of calls for tenders according to the standards and procedures in force,
– Manage the analysis of the offers received as well as the technical and financial evaluations of national and local suppliers
– Proceed in collaboration with the direction to the negotiations with the short listed suppliers within the limits of the budgets by families of purchases;
– Follow the supervision of the legal aspects of purchases, from the drafting of the contract to the contractualization of the acts of purchase in collaboration with the legal department,
– Ensure the management of the selected suppliers,
– Ensure the management of customs clearance and goods transport service providers
REQUIRED PROFILE
– Woman between 25-30 years old, English-speaking or perfectly bilingual,
– Bac + 2/3 in supply chain or purchasing management,
– At least 02 years of experience in international purchasing and supplier management
– Perfect command of spoken and written English,
– Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
– Immediately available,
