A French Academic Institution in full expansion based in Cameroon is looking for the following services: A Human Resources Manager, position based in Yaoundé.
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
His main tasks will be to:
- define and implement the company’s HR strategy and policy;
- ensure the administrative management of a target population: personnel administration, payroll participation, career management, training, etc.;
- determine HR procedures in accordance with the legislation in force;
- acting as an interface between management and social partners (staff representatives, union delegates, etc.);
- support the teams of the human resources department in the HR projects implemented;
- meet the needs of operational services in terms of HR;
- assist in HR decision-making within the company’s various departments: recruitment, evaluation, conflict management, dismissal, etc.;
- anticipate the company’s HR needs.
The tasks will consist of:
- Collect from management the needs and expectations in terms of human resources
- Define the HR policy and projects according to the different areas of human resources: training, GPEC, recruitment, mobility, etc.
- Manage HR projects within the framework of the strategy defined in agreement with management
- Follow the evolution of HR strategies implemented in the company
- Lead HR projects resulting from the HR strategy given by management (internal reorganization, implementation of the HRIS, etc.)
- Coordinate activities, monitor and control their implementation
- Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools
- Prepare all the mandatory documents in terms of personnel management (employment contracts, social security contributions, etc.)
- Keep candidate files up to date
- Develop social dashboards
- Participate in payroll management
- Ensure compliance with social and legal regulations related to HR areas
Skills / Requirements / Qualities
- Bac +5 minimum in BAC +5 Human Resources, Administration, Management;
- Experience of at least three (03) years as a Human Resources Manager;
- Mastery of all areas of human resources management Recruitment, training, social law and labor law
- Mastery of computers
- Ability to maintain dashboards and write reports
- Mastery of tools specific to human resources management
- Ability to manage a team
- Respect for confidentiality
- Strong ability to analyze and assess situations, rigor and responsiveness
