ASSIGNMENTS:
Organization and preparation of daily meals or events for individuals
ACTIVITIES AND TASKS :
– Realize the menus according to the habits and food preferences of the residents
– Manage inventory
– Carry out shopping with specialized retailers
– Keep a budget
– Prepare meals according to health and safety rules
– Prepare the dishes according to the type of service (on the plate, on the dish, etc.)
– Set the table
– Serve at the table on request of residents
– Clean equipment and kitchen
– Create weekly menus and archive them to ensure the renewal of dishes taking into account diets and food balance
– Use appropriate preparation equipment and ensure its maintenance
