MISSION OF THE POSITION
Support the sales team, managing master data (materials, prices, promotions, customers, sales quotas) for the proper management of the sales team. Analyze and execute the different service models, in accordance with the company’s policies and objectives, in order to generate efficiencies in the distribution process.
Hand coordinations:
Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Projects: to establish commercial improvements in distribution.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERTISE
EDUCATION
Educational level (Minimum) Graduates in Business Administration, marketing, and sales
LANGUAGE
Essential English and french required.
TRAINING
Essential knowledge (Minimum)
- MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), intermediate level
- GIS tools (Qgis, Mapinfo)
- Database management or business intelligence tools (Power BI, BW, Tableau, other)
- Management of sales and transport routes
EXPERIENCE
Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Distribution Assistant or similar.
- Experience in the area of sales and reporting.
