COMMUNITY MANAGER (M/F)
We are recruiting for one of our clients, a 3-star hotel in the city of Douala, a community manager (M/F).
1- Allocations
Duties 1: Implement the online marketing and sales strategy
- Assist the hierarchy in the development of online marketing and sales strategies
- Increase the digital presence and increase the visibility of the company on the web
- Content production (editorial, photo, video, sound)
- Animation of the different communities: Planning of publications (content), Contests, Info, Promotions, interaction with its members (answers to questions, creation of exchanges)
- Relay all promotional offers and all activities on digital platforms
- Competitive, commercial, e-reputation monitoring
- Conversion of its Internet users into information relays
- Events (design, implementation, related communication, etc.)
- Regularly produce activity reports
Duties 2: Business Development
- Manage a client portfolio
- Acquire and retain new customers
- Analyze and understand the problems or the needs of the customers and propose them adapted solutions
- Promote the hotel’s service offer
- Reporting on its activity
2- Requirements
- Good knowledge of the business sector
- Good knowledge of the main social networks
- Web Culture and Understanding of Community Mechanisms
- Notions of graphic design / Design
- Knowledge of SMO (Social Media Optimization) and the main SEO rules
- Minimum baccalaureate + 3
- Sustained experience in an equivalent position
- Good customer portfolio
