GLOBAL TRANSACTION BANKING MANAGER MAIN
MISSION
The candidate’s main mission will be to unite all transaction banking activities for commercial customers, in line with the subsidiary’s strategic and commercial plan, with a view to promoting the implementation innovative products, aiming to meet customer needs in a comprehensive way.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum BAC + 4 in one of the specialties of finance, accounting, banking or in a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Trade Finance and / or Cash Management and / or Foreign Exchange and / or Electronic Payments and/or Factoring
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good knowledge of the banking offer intended for corporate clients, in particular Trade/Change, Factoring and Cash Management products Good knowledge of international banking operations
Good knowledge of the Large Business market and its specificities
Good financial culture
Mastery customer interview, sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques
Mastery of sales management, leading sales teams and producing clear reports
Mastery of the rules and procedures in force, in particular those relating to commercial activity and banking secrecy, compliance, the fight against fraud and money laundering, internal control, permanent monitoring and day-to-day security
Good ability to strong analysis and business sense
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The GTB Manager will have as main responsibilities
I. Strategy
Assist the Corporate Client Director in the development and management of the subsidiary’s Global Transactional Banking strategy Define and manage activity monitoring indicators and be able to monitor the evolution of its revenues, its costs and the profitability of its products.
2. Animation / Management
Federate all the activities of the flow bank (Cash management — International Trade Financing — Correspondent Banking)
Ensure the achievement of the commercial objectives of the Management in terms of equipment and BMS flows
Supervise the Technical and commercial advisers placed under his supervision: set annual objectives and monitor their achievement, ensure the development and skills development of his teams, carry out annual appraisal interviews.
3. Commercial
Ensure the profitable growth of activities within the scope of the GTB organization
Ensure responsibility for the commercial development of
GTB
Initiate commercial and cross-functional action plans and ensure commercial animation
Promote, in conjunction with the sales force, the prospecting actions Participate in the development of the range of products offered within the framework of the GTB and ensure their implementation
