We are recruiting for one of our clients, a 3-star hotel in the city of Douala, bilingual receptionists.
Attributions:
- Welcomes and informs customers about the conditions of stay, formalities, prices and availability of reception
- Inform the customer about the services of the establishment and the booking methods
- Record reservations and update the room occupancy schedule.
- Greet guests upon arrival and carry out administrative formalities related to their stay.
- Respond to customer requests during their stay
- Establish invoices related to accommodation costs
- Fill in the activity monitoring supports
Requirements
- Knowledge of the hotel reservation and billing tool
- Proven experience in an equivalent position.
- Minimum Bac+2 in the hotel industry
- Bilingual, English French
