I. JOB CHARACTERISTICS:
The main mission is on the one hand to ensure, under the authority of the Branch Manager, the operation, management and development of a portfolio of customers and prospects and on the other hand to develop the SCI relationship by providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services.
In particular, he is responsible for:
- Develop and Manage the Portfolio of Clients and Prospects
- Develop and implement the commercial and communication action plan
- Identify the sources of growth of its portfolio within its environment in order to carry out potentially profitable prospecting actions
- Advise customers and prospects on products and services tailored to their needs
- Sell real estate products and services, in order to increase the equipment rate.
- Identify and anticipate the expectations of customers and prospects to highlight, through commercial proposals, the added value of the company’s offers
- Ensure the proper outcome of current customer transactions (purchase, sale, rental, etc.) in compliance with the procedures in force.
- Mastery of sales techniques, Knowledge of communication and digital marketing, Mastery of IT tools, Know how to be: Leadership, Great interpersonal skills, Proven negotiation skills, Ability to persuade, Open-mindedness and creativity, Ability to adaptation, risk appetite.
IV. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma: minimum BAC+3 in Marketing, Commercial action, Management, sales business or in a related discipline.
