LA REGIONALE BANK 1st financial institution listed on the BVMAC is looking for the needs of its services: 10(TEN) BRANCH MANAGERS
General mission: The BRANCH MANAGER at LA REGIONALE BANK organizes, coordinates and develops a profit centre.

He/she implements the bank’s commercial policy as defined by General Management with a view to achieving results.
Activities
     Initiate all commercial actions in order to make the Agency profitable Manage the agency’s operating account to optimize its profitability. Follow the legal, fiscal, social banking regulations, specific to its scope.
 Develop commercial activity and lead teams
 Detect customer needs, offer new services and banking products.
     Follow up with customers and manage banking risks
  Productively manage the Human Capital made available to it Set individual and collective objectives, support and evaluate the performance of employees.
     Ensure reporting to the hierarchy, write activity reports.
Profile    Have a level of study of at least Bac +3 in banking, finance, accounting, commerce, marketing, sales, etc., Have
     at least 5 years of professional banking experience in the aforementioned fields 
Know how to be
     honest, professional and rigorous
     Master the computer tool
