The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS), which is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law and a member of the Population Services International Network (PSI) since 1996 is looking for the needs of its services, five (05) dynamic and motivated staff whose role will be to make a significant contribution to the financial management of the Impact Malaria project as the first contact for control, compliance and compliance with the procedures in force, as well as the implementation of the related recommendations .

Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
The consultants selected will ensure the completeness of the supporting documents (PJ) by activity in accordance with the checklist made available, all the shortcomings observed must be the subject of exchanges with the SMC and the GTR for correction before transmission of the PJ to finance;
Based on the digital statements of sums due received from the Finance Officer (worksheets) and supporting documents from the GTR, the consultants selected will carry out the following checks:
- Comparative verification of sums due and CNI (Name and Telephone number);
- The legality control which consists of comparing the state of the sums due and the content of the memorandum (Name, Telephone number);
- The absence/service check which consists of comparing the statement of sums due (or tally sheet) and the attendance sheet (or certificate of service performed). All the names and numbers reported on the statement of sums due must appear on the time card or the certificate of service performed;
- Make phone calls to 10% of the actors to confirm receipt of funds after payment, a report is established after the calls;
At the end of these checks, they will produce a report of the checks accompanied by worksheets and highlighting all the shortcomings observed allowing the Finance Officers to clean up their consolidated payment statement on the basis of the digital sums due statements received from the districts. ;
In addition the consultants will have to:
- Support the project’s finance department with other tasks (documentation management, archiving, update of rejection reports, Orange tracking fog, etc.)
- Check, rename and file payment reports by district and by activity;
- Check and file digital payment statements by district;
- Provide support for the holding of mobile payment fog;
- Support in the reception of payment media from the Maroua regional office for review before transmission to Yaoundé at headquarters;
- Carry out any other task assigned to him.
Skills / Requirements / Qualities
- Hold a minimum Bac+2 in finance and management accounting (BTS, DUT, HND or equivalent);
- Be able to use computer equipment;
- Have good skills in the use of Word and Excel;
Abilities
- Have good skills in collecting, recommending and summarizing data for reports, finding solutions to various administrative problems and prioritizing work;
- Express yourself perfectly in French (read, speak and write), knowledge of local languages will be an asset;
- Be honest, and demonstrate a commitment and ability to work in harmony with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures;
- Be disciplined, punctual and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Be responsible and independent.
