Within the Business Line Consulting and Operations, we contribute to developing and strengthening transport routes as vital connections between people and territories. Some examples of projects? A63 motorway (France), M25 and M40 (UK), Dublin tunnel (Ireland), WestConnex M4 and M5 (Australia), Golfo Centro (Mexico), RN1 in Congo-Brazzaville; GoSafe (Ireland); on-street parking in Amsterdam and Paris; ZFE Manchester; road user services.

Description of the mission

Under the direction of the Operations Director, the QHSE Manager:

  • Advises and assists the company’s management with regard to risk assessment and the application of the QHSE policy;

Its main tasks are:

  • Implementation and monitoring of the QHSE management process according to specific standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IS0 45001)
  • The organization of actions to raise awareness and train personnel in safety, the environment and quality;
  • Monitoring of the process using relevant indicators;
  • The definition and animation of the environmental policy of EROCAM;
  • The valuation of actions and reporting to Egis on the themes of the environment, carbon, and more broadly sustainable development, in conjunction with the other players in the company;
  • Conducting the “carbon strategy” project in coordination with the Egis group;
  • Ensure QHSE reporting;
  • Ensure the application of all QHSE procedures;
  • Perform on-site QHSE inspections;
  • The implementation and execution of the quality control plan;
  • Ensure compliance with local QHSE regulations

Profile

  • Training Bac + 3 or higher in QHSE management, you justify at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, all in a multicultural environment.
  • Professional experience in Francophone Africa would be an undeniable asset;
  • Computer skills ;
  • Mastery of QHSE systems and standards;
  • Mastery of environmental subjects;
  • Fluency in English desired, in particular to progress within the Group.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment;
  • Sense of organization and priorities;
  • Sense of responsibility ;
  • Communication skills ;
  • Rigor in the management of activities and in the performance of all tasks;
  • Autonomy and availability;
  • Spirit of initiative and ability to develop new tools (monitoring, indicators, etc.).
