Position: Construction Project Manager



Coordination and management

  • Study projects upstream; 
  • Ensure the assembly of tender submission files;
  • Be responsible for the quality of the achievements, budget monitoring and financial results of its projects;
  • Train the agents under his responsibility in the best practices and techniques for studies and execution of construction sites;
  • Optimize studies and projects in terms of schedules and profitability;
  • Participate in technical meetings of his department and in the selection of subcontractors;
  • Control and validate the realization of the various plans and documents;
  • Supervise and lead the teams:
  • Support teams, help them structure methods and processes,
  • Assist teams in organizing their work and priorities;
  • Organize studies and regularly submit reports;
  • Define, assign, control and supervise the work of employees;
  • Evaluate employees;
  • Participate in the recruitment of employees;
  • Participate in the identification of employee training needs;
  • Participate in the improvement of all the unit’s procedures;
  • Carry out reports and ensure the achievement of turnover objectives;
  • Supervise the teams and participate in the development of human resources in its field of activity: recruitment of works supervisors, project engineers, and site managers, training;
  • Follow the activity indicators for all the projects under his responsibility: volume of business in progress, follow-up of customer and supplier invoicing.

2-Technical management

  • Ensure the application of the provisions of the technical procedures manual;
  • Establish and manage project banks within its technical competence;
  • Ensure that the register of qualified companies (subcontractors) is updated;
  • Coordinate, supervise technical studies and coordinate the work entrusted to the company;
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of the project, estimate the estimate with regard to the constraints defined by the specifications and prepare the response;
  • Develop the costing: estimate the costs and produce the provisional budget for the project in conjunction with the studies department;
  • Define operating methods: production process, establishment of schedules for the execution of works and supplies, load plans and phasing of interventions;
  • Consult service providers, select and negotiate subcontracting and supply contracts;
  • Ensure that the project managers and/or works supervisor carry out their work supervision and control mission in compliance with the rules and procedures;
  • Schedule the execution of activities;
  • Prepare annual programs;
  • Supervise the activities of project managers, works supervisors and or project engineers working under his authority.

3- Project management

  • Materially facilitate technical missions (supervision, technical audit), and provide all the necessary information and documents;
  • Have the acceptance of the work carried out by his team prepared for the benefit of the beneficiaries;
  • Maintain technical documentation that meets the needs of SAI LA TOILE;
  • Propose to the DG study topics tending to improve the performance of his department;
  • Carry out all other tasks that may be entrusted to him by the General Manager;
  • Develop the Annual Work Plans of SAI LA TOILE projects in consultation with the Project Managers (technical managers) and/or Project Engineers;
  • Coordinate the implementation of projects;
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and monthly performance points;
  • Ensure the production of execution / activity reports as well as reports to project owners;
  • Identify with Project Managers, Project Engineers and where works manager the solutions to bottlenecks;
  • Monitor and evaluate the achievement of results.

4- Commercial management and follow-up of the customer relationship

  • Ensure the management of key account customers, or even prospect for new customers;
  • Represent the company with the client (client) and the project manager (architect);
  • Ensure regular reporting to the client on the progress of work and compliance with budgets;
  • Deliver the sites to the client in compliance with the costs and deadlines provided for in the specifications;
  • Ensure the proper application of contracts and work-related amendments to stakeholders, resolve disputes;
  • Supervise the after-sales service and the follow-up of the associated services (maintenance).


  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as:  AutoCAD, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional, Revit Structure, Navisworks Manage, Navisworks Simulate, Microsoft project;
  • Knowledge of CSI ETABS, CSI SAFE, TEKLA Structure;
  • Technical project management;
  •  Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  •  Mastery of steering and management tools;
  •  Real estate development; Decision making process.


  • Training: Experience: Minimum level: Engineering degree or university degree (BAC +5) in Civil Engineering, or in Construction Engineering; additional certificates in civil engineering and management would be an asset.
  • Professional experience: Have a professional experience of at least five (05) years as an Engineer in the construction field, including at least two (02) years in a position of Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer
  •  Be perfectly bilingual
  • Age: 25-29
