Number of working hours: 40 hours per week
Workplace: Douala
Travel to be planned: Yes, Yaoundé.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the land before sowing, sow the seeds and take care of the production work
- Treat crops against pests. ensure adequate watering and ensure the proper development of the plantations
- Create and monitor nurseries and orchards
- Harvest the production on time and check the quality and quantity of the harvests
- Ensure the proper organization of crops and farm logistics
SKILLS
Know-how
- Master the various tools and agricultural machinery
- Master the different plantain propagation methods.
- Good knowledge of avocado and plantain cultivation
Know-how
- Adaptability, Ingenuity, Resilience
- Bac+2/3 training in agriculture or any other equivalent training
- Desired experience 01 year minimum
