PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

A local company is looking for a (01) PAYROLL & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER for service needs

THE CANDIDATE MUST:

  • Be between 30 and 45 years old M/F;
  • Be of Cameroonian nationality;
  • Hold at least a BAC + 3 diploma in HRM, Administration, Law, Management, Management.
  • Have at least three (03) years of experience in the field or in a similar position;
  • Having been a PAYROLL & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER for an ISO 9001 V15 certified company would be an asset.

THE MAIN DUTIES AT THE POST

  1. Establish a compensation policy;
  2. Master the calculation of social contributions and litigation of the Cnps;
  3. Master the tax, social and accounting treatment of salary elements
  4. Master the Sage I7 payroll software;
  5. Manage the payroll, adapt the settings and ensure the update of the payroll software;
  6. Coordinate and manage all the administrative procedures of the company’s workforce, applying social regulations according to legal and regulatory provisions;
  7. Manage the relationship between external interlocutors (administrations, social organizations, etc.) and internal interlocutors (employees, staff representatives, general management, etc.);
  8. Carry out the administrative management of employees (recruitment, establishment of employment contracts, balance of any account, dismissals, absences, sick leave, etc.);
  9. Develop social dashboards (monitoring of employee activity: remuneration, holidays, absences, etc.) and ensure payment of monthly social charges;
  10. Manage the administrative files of the employees;
  11. Participate in the drafting/updating of HR procedures;
  12. Monitor workforce indicators;
  13. Consolidate the figures for the monthly social reporting, the social balance sheet, and the annual report;
  14. Participate in the management of staff discipline (drafting of requests for explanations, holding of disciplinary councils, sanctions, etc.);
  15. Monitor staff insurance and relations with the CNPS;
  16. Monitor relations with employee representative bodies (holding of meetings, reports);
  17. Participate in the management of internal communication (drafting memos, press releases, information notes, posting, etc.).
