Office
As part of the development of its activity, the AFRICA LINK CAPITAL group is looking for an Office Manager to strengthen its teams.
Main missions:
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail from the company (write, receive, save and classify mail);
- Take phone calls and greet visitors;
- Act as assistant to the Associate Directors of the securitization and investment banking divisions
- Provide cash management
- Carry out the quality review of the deliverables entrusted by the hierarchy and the teams
- Organize missions and trips
- Organize seminars and workshops initiated by the company
- Organize meetings and the various events (internal or external) of the Group
- Manage general services (purchasing and relations with the group’s various service providers)
This position will give you the opportunity to discover the profession of Office Manager in all its aspects. You will appreciate the diversity and the resolutely routine character, being involved in all the activities of the ALC group
Required profile
Holder of a minimum Bac+3 level diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent.
Skills:
- Excellent level of French, both written and spoken
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Perfect command of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Perfect use of communication methods (telephone, messaging, diary, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform tasks with diligence, anticipation and concentration
- Demonstrated sense of ethics and marked professional conscience
- Great adaptability and team spirit
