Profile of candidates
- Residing in Douala
- Be immediately available
- Hold at least a master’s degree
- Have at least 01 year of experience in the field
- Be able to correctly convey lessons to students
- Express yourself perfectly in French / English
- Perfect mastery of the preparation of students for exams and defenses
- Be able to organize seminars on various themes related to the specialty taught
- Be able to work on income-generating projects organized by the training center
- Contribute to the growth and development of the institution
Behavioral competencies expected for all candidates:
Good character, punctuality, dynamism, patience, tolerance, good interpersonal skills, good organization and creativity, strong ability to work in a team and under pressure.
