ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT

  • BAC + 2 minimum in management control, accounting, finance and logistics, etc.
  • Take care of all administrative tasks and operations of any kind aimed at ensuring the profitability of the establishment.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and administrative management, Mastery of computer tools, Spirit of synthesis, organization, Punctuality, Commercial temperament.

EXECUTIVE AND HR ASSISTANT

  • Take care in all circumstances of assistantship, process mail, filter telephone calls, enter and classify correspondence, etc… in order to present only essential information to his management.
  • BAC + 3 minimum in HR, labor law. business management, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Mastery of the Office Pack, Methodical, rigorous, interpersonal skills, good listening skills, Good oral and written presentation.
  • Responsible for the administrative management of personnel, managing payroll, and planning leave
  • Being bilingual would be an asset.

RECEPTION AGENTS 

  • Greet customers, manage customer cash payments and withdrawals, currency exchange transactions, check remittances and various operations.
  • Bac + 2 minimum. 
  • Mastery of computer tools, good ease with calculations, Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, team spirit, integrity.
  • Prospect potential customers.
  • Being bilingual is an asset.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
  • BAC +2 minimum in management, finance, marketing, commercial action, etc.
  • Be the first contact of the client in the agency. He welcomes, informs and directs customers. Its activity is centered on the commercial relationship.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
