CDI based in Douala / Status of Executive
Attached to the Head of Commercial and Marketing, your main activities will be:
     Propose and coordinate the activities necessary for the progress of the different product lines;
     Implement all marketing techniques to conquer, develop and retain customers;
     Develop a proposal for an annual marketing plan;
     Develop and improve product databases and customer files;
     Design, produce marketing tools and: catalogues, prices, advertising leaflets, product sheets, descriptions, sales pitches;
     Conduct satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements;
     Carry out market studies and monitor competition;
     Install and develop a marketing culture, a sense of customer-oriented service;
     Monitor the results of the various operations/campaigns in relation to the previously set objectives;
     Animate the site and the various web pages of the company;
     Control internal and external communications according to the graphic charter of the company.
Profile:
     Higher education level Bac +3/4 in Marketing or similar discipline;
     You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, in a similar position; Have excellent managerial skills; • Results oriented, you have proven your ability to work independently and transform difficulties into opportunities;
     Have a spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis;
     Have a team spirit, good interpersonal skills and be communicative.
