 As part of the strengthening of its team, Optimum Partners is looking for a Manager whose main mission will be to develop the activities of this Business Unit.


    • Identify new business opportunities;
    • Carry out prospecting activities for new customers;
    • Manage client portfolio
    • Analyze the market and provide optimized operational solutions;
    • Manage the missions of provision of the firm’s staff;

  • Establish a database of profiles according to the different professions
  • Manage recruitment
  • Drafting employment contracts and amendments
  • Manage payroll and insurance records
  • Manage social declarations and social security contributions
  • Develop HR tools (annual leave management files, attendance, staff evaluation framework, organizational chart, etc.)

  • Master payroll management and personnel administration
  • Very good knowledge of Togolese legislation

Training & experiences

  • BAC + 5 in Management / Management or any other equivalent diploma;
  • 3 to 4 years in a temporary agency or as HR Manager
  • Experience in developing a customer portfolio or profit center.
