As part of the strengthening of its team, Optimum Partners is looking for a Manager whose main mission will be to develop the activities of this Business Unit.
MAIN MISSIONS

- Identify new business opportunities;
- Carry out prospecting activities for new customers;
- Manage client portfolio
- Analyze the market and provide optimized operational solutions;
- Manage the missions of provision of the firm’s staff;
- Establish a database of profiles according to the different professions
- Manage recruitment
- Drafting employment contracts and amendments
- Manage payroll and insurance records
- Manage social declarations and social security contributions
- Develop HR tools (annual leave management files, attendance, staff evaluation framework, organizational chart, etc.)

- Master payroll management and personnel administration
- Very good knowledge of Togolese legislation
Training & experiences
- BAC + 5 in Management / Management or any other equivalent diploma;
- 3 to 4 years in a temporary agency or as HR Manager
- Experience in developing a customer portfolio or profit center.
