Missions / Responsibilities / Activities

JOB DUTIES  :

The Management System and Compliance Manager organizes, implements and controls the implementation of the QHSE certification process in collaboration with all the company’s players to respond to the policy and strategic orientations of the Management.

ACTIVITIES

  • Manage the procedures for implementing, maintaining or renewing QHSE management systems in accordance with management guidelines and guaranteeing consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance of operational practices with standards.
  • Follow the processes and their management by the designated pilots
  • Organize the management review in collaboration with the process pilots
  • Ensure the internal and external dissemination of information on the SM
  • Follow the evolution of regulations and agri-food research standards for their integration into MS documentation and working methods
  • Ensure that the QHSE policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
  • Train and support all stakeholders in setting up procedures and/or maintaining certifications
  • Design and lead training actions in the field of SMC
  • Carry out a regulatory, normative and technological watch
  • Carry out internal audits and QHSE inspection, supplier audits and customer visits as appropriate
  • Facilitate problem-solving group meetings
  • Follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits, inspections and others
  • Ensure the maintenance and renewal of the various certificates in collaboration with the various pilots involved
  • Ensure the development and management of the documentation of the management systems
  • Develop and update management system dashboards
  • Raise staff awareness of the application of QHSE control measures

Skills / Requirements / Qualities

PROFILE

  • Academic level: Master in Quality, Safety and Environment or any other equivalent diploma
  • Additional training and/or qualification
  • Good knowledge of the ISO certification process
  • Professional experience: 05 years preferably in the agri-food sector
  • Maximum age: 45 years old

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of QHSE management methods
  • General knowledge of application areas
  • In-depth knowledge of quality, health/safety, food safety, environment standards, etc. (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO, 45000, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of systems audits
  • In-depth knowledge of the organization and functioning of agri-food industries
  • Knowledge of QHSE regulations
  • Knowledge of the organization of professional partners
  • Mastery of risk and hazard analysis methods
  • Mastery of management and communication techniques
  • Determination of indicators, development of dashboards and analysis of results
  • Identification of the relevance of the methods according to the objectives
  • Organization and optimization of the means necessary to achieve the overall and specific objectives
