Assignment : 

Ensure the deployment and consistency of the logistics activities deployed by the company to ensure the continuity of its supply chain and the export of its industrial production.

• Supervise and ensure FOB activities;
• Lead and supervise logistics teams in multi-site mode, ensure everyone’s adherence to QHSE policies and procedures;
• Communicate with the various departments and partners to ensure a smooth logistics organization;
• Guarantee optimal storage, preservation and safety conditions for production
• Organize the hinterland transport schedule;
• Monitor the relationship with carriers, freight forwarders, shipowners;
• Supervise relations with the authorities in all aspects related to import and export operations;
• Ensure the availability of containers for stuffing and stripping operations;
• Ensure appropriate management of all FOB costs; 
• Carry out any other activity that may be entrusted to it by the General Management.

Profile : 

• BAC + 3/5 in the field of logistics; 
• Experience of at least 5 years in management positions in companies involved in logistics support activities (shipowners / freight forwarders / shipping agents / handlers); 
• Good knowledge of import / export logistics operations and maritime transit; 
• Good command of the English language; 
• Adaptation and reorganization skills; 
• Monitoring and compliance with QHSE policies, control of all elements related to safety in operations;
• Communication with shipowners, freight forwarders, port operators; 
• Communication with State services; 
• Leadership attitude; 
• Result orientation; 
• Spirit of synthesis in the identification, explanation and resolution of problems; 
• Methodical and rigorous in the supervision and control of information.

Level of studies: MAITRISE / BAC+4
