We are looking for Life Insurance Advisors (F/M) for the cities of Yaoundé, Douala and Bafoussam. Key players in the commercial development of SUNU Assurances Vie, sales advisers guide and support people, associations, etc. in the choice of individual and collective products in accordance with their life project.

Within a team of several collaborators, your main missions are:

  • Optimize each contact to carry out commercial actions on SUNU Assurances Vie products adapted to the needs of prospects.
  • Participate in the development of commercial activity by placing our mixed/provident/savings products
  • Make a daily, weekly and monthly report to his production unit manager
  • Your commercial talent and your strong taste for sales are keys to success. You know how to convince and establish a relationship of trust by focusing on listening: this position is made for you!

In order to support you, quality training will be provided to you internally for a period of 3 months. It alternates between theory and practice on our products so that you have all the keys to succeed in your job. During this period, tailor-made objectives are set for you in order to get used to the commercial routine and facilitate the creation of your client portfolio.

Profile Description

You have :

A Bac/ Bac+2 level in sales/customer relations or a similar level justified by your professional experience

  • the sense of customer service: active listening and oral fluency
  • a commercial appetite
  • an ability to adapt and be open to change
  • a team spirit that helps achieve collective goals
