- Holder of a BAC+3 diploma in taxation, financial administration
- Have experience in studies on the management of local taxation of CTDs, in particular direct and indirect taxes, justifying a convincing professional experience of at least seven (07) years and a good knowledge of local taxation with at least 5 assignments in this area.
- Control of the tax chain of the CTD (Management of indirect municipal taxes: rights of place on the markets, products of concession of advertising spaces.);
- Good knowledge of the procedures for issuing and collecting taxes within the framework of the tax chain in shared State/CTD management (direct municipal taxes: property taxes, patents, licences, etc.);
- Good knowledge of local taxation;
- Rigorous;
- Methodical;
- Sense of organization;
- Mastery of computers.
