Assignment : 

The Director of Operations defines and implements the IT production strategy (maintenance in operation) for the entire Information System. Its mission is to guarantee the consistency of the information system infrastructure and the quality of the service provided to the customer with a view to productivity, cost control and meeting deadlines.

Activities: 

• Organize and supervise the maintenance in operation of the entire information system.
• Anticipate technological developments and their impact on the sizing of the system’s production environment (Ex: integration of new equipment, infrastructure management).
•  Develop and optimize the information system infrastructure (new equipment and automation).
•  Ensure the quality of consideration of customer requests relating to all services in production.
• Manage releases and upgrades (applications and infrastructure).
• Ensure the proper technical functioning of the application modules in production.
• Guarantee a defined level of quality of service and security in line with contractual requirements.
• Ensure a technological watch in order to propose evolutions.
• Report technical activities to general management and support them in decision-making.
•  Develop and validate the operating budget.
•  Oversee the maintenance of hardware, operating software and basic software, and optimization of IT resources. 

Profile : 

• Bac +5 in Computer Science
• 10+ years of relevant experience operating, designing, troubleshooting and maintaining critical infrastructure facilities with data centers.
•  3-5 years of experience administering and managing facility preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
•  3-5 years of experience writing technical procedures and policies.
•  5 years of experience in team management.
•  3 years of project management experience.

Level of studies: MASTER 2 / BAC+5

Specialization: IT / High Tech / Telecoms

Level of experience: Experienced (from 10 to 20 years old)
